Dr. Lani Nelson-Zlupko is a goal-oriented, solution-driven clinician, coach and consultant who specializes in change management. Her primary aim is to help people maximize their potential while effectively balancing the demands of life.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard and her master’s and doctorate  from the University of Pennsylvania School for Social Policy and Practice where she has served on faculty for over twenty-five years. She has developed treatment strategies that have become a training model for mental health professionals across the country. Her research has been published in leading psychiatric and social work journals. In addition to teaching and providing mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families, Dr. Nelson-Zlupko provides training,  consultation, leadership development and workshops for Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profit organizations and small businesses. She helps develop leaders, transition teams, manage and redirect difficult dynamics, and effectively establish healthy culture. Lani has helped thousands of individuals, families, organizations and companies through the improvement process. She is passionate about her work and believes strongly in the human capacity for change.
